| Colds and flu | Grind up a hand full of leaves and stems from the Mallow plant (malva) and add to a cup of Water. Stir well and drink the solution.

| Hair Healthy | Collect a couple of hand full's of walnut leaves or husks (noce). Add to a cup of water and boil for half an hour. Strain the solution and allow to cool. Rinse the solution through your hair and it will get darker and have more shine.

| Warts | Rub slug mucous from a particular slug (lumaca) over the wart then leave the slug out in the sun. When the slug has dried up, so the wart will disappear.

| Wounds and burns | Rub slug (lumaca) mucous over the wound. Fry a hand full of St Johns Wart in Olive oil for a few minutes. Allow to cool and rub over the required areas. If the wound is caused by a dog bite. Pull a hair from the dog and place it onto the wound. |
